Olivia Macaron ships orders nationwide ONLY MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. This avoids possible weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
All orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed on the following business day. The orders received after 1 pm on Wednesdays & over the weekend via two-day shipping will be processed the following Monday.
Our macarons will stay fresh outside of the refrigerator up to 24 hours. If refrigerated, however, macarons will stay fresh up to five days.
Our macarons can be frozen for up to two months. Before freezing, we recommend wrapping the package in additional plastic wrap to keep as much air and moisture out of the package. Leave macarons in refrigerator to thaw for a few hours before serving
