RETURNS & REFUNDS
Mistakes happen and although our refund policy is no refund on food, we do wish to accommodate issues or mistakes.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we don't allow returns or exchanges.
Depending on the circumstance, Olivia Macaron will issue a store credit or send you a new shipment.
For damage during shipping, we require photographs of the external shipping box as well as the damaged product.
Please email photos of the damaged product and packaging to info@oliviamacaron.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders may not be canceled within two business days of the ship or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact us at (202) 965-1000 or info@oliviamacaron.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to time constraints. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
