MACARON CARE & STORAGE
How long do macarons stay fresh?
Macarons are best enjoyed within 4–5 days of delivery. Store them in the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for the perfect bite.
Can I Freeze Macarons?
Yes! You can freeze for up to 1 month. To enjoy, thaw overnight in the fridge and let them sit at room temperature before serving.

Are your macarons Gluten-Free?
Yes! all of our macarons are 100% gluten-free.
Are your macarons nut-free?
Our macarons are made with almond flour and may contain traces of other nuts. We do not recommend them for those with severe nut allergies.
Are your macarons Dairy Free?
Most of our macarons contain dairy in the form of butter or cream but we do offer a selection of Vegan Macarons which are dairy free.

Are any of your macarons vegan?
Yes! We have a selection of Vegan Macarons that can be purchases as a Vegan Gift Box or you can add them to your Build Your Own Box. You can also purchase Vegan macarons at any of our locations.
How many calories are in a macaron?
Our macarons have a fairly low calorie count between 60 and 80 calories depending on the flavor. Another great reason to love macarons.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship macarons?
Yes! We ship our macarons nationwide within the U.S. using insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness. Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Corporate and Wholesale Orders
How can I order macarons for my special event?
Our Catering Manager will be happy to discuss your event and your macarons desires with you! For more information please contact us.
How many Macarons will I need for my event?
We recommend 3-4 macarons per person. Remember, the more flavors you choose, the more people will want to try. So if you have and event for 50 people, we would recommend 200 macarons and 4 flavors.
Do you offer customization options for your macarons?
Yes! We have some amazing customization options that will wow your guests and clients. For more information, please fill out our Special Event form.
How far in advance do I need to place my corporate order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. The more time we have, the more customization options we can offer so please reach out as early as possible.
Do you have a Wholesale Program?
Yes! If you are interested in becoming a Wholesale Partner, please fill out our Wholesale Form and we will reach out in 1-2 business days. Once we receive the required paperwork, we will set you up with a wholesale account and you can start ordering macarons in bulk.

Do you offer Military Discounts?
Yes! We've partnered with GovX to offer a discount on our store to Military (Active Duty and Veterans), Military Families, and First Responders (Fire, Police and Healthcare Workers).

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@oliviamacaron.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right
