Plan ahead: holiday shipping deadlines

We ship nationwide Monday through Wednesday only, so every macaron arrives fresh and never sits in a warehouse over a weekend. Orders placed by 2 pm ET ship the same shipping day. For 2026, order by:

• Thanksgiving delivery: Monday, November 23 (2nd Day Air) or Tuesday, November 24 (Next Day Air)
• Hanukkah (begins December 4): Tuesday, December 1 (2nd Day Air) or Wednesday, December 2 (Next Day Air)
• Christmas delivery: Tuesday, December 22 (2nd Day Air) or Wednesday, December 23 (Next Day Air)
• New Year's Eve delivery: Tuesday, December 29 (2nd Day Air) or Wednesday, December 30 (Next Day Air)

Offices close early in December, so we recommend scheduling corporate deliveries for the first two weeks of the month, when someone is there to receive them. You can choose your shipping date at checkout. See our full shipping policy for details.

Tips for a smooth corporate order

• Confirm addresses. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, and office buildings often need a suite number and a recipient name.
• Check in on dietary needs. All of our macarons contain almonds; see our nutritional information for ingredients.
• Include storage tips. Macarons keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Let them sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving for the best texture.
• Sending to a long list? We can deliver to one office or ship to each recipient nationwide. Fill out the form on our corporate gifts page and our team will help you plan the order.

Local teams can pick up orders at our Union Market shop at 405 Morse St NE in Washington, DC, or at our Tysons Corner Center kiosk on the second floor, next to the Apple Store.
