Spring is here, and with it comes a fresh batch of delicious macaron flavors to enjoy. This year, we're excited to introduce three new flavors that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth: carrot cake, ube (purple yam), and lemon meringue.

First up, let's talk about carrot cake. This classic dessert gets a macaron twist with a delicate almond shell filled with cinnamon white chocolate filling.  The result is a sweet and spiced macaron that perfectly captures the essence of a classic carrot cake.

Next, we have ube, a purple yam that is commonly used in Filipino cuisine. This vibrant root vegetable has a sweet and slightly nutty flavor that lends itself perfectly to macarons. Our ube macarons feature a purple-hued almond shell with a sweet purple yam buttercream with nutty and vanilla taste. The result is a unique and delicious flavor that is sure to surprise and delight.

Last but not least, we have lemon meringue. This zesty and tart macaron is filled with a lemon curd filling that's made from fresh lemon juice and zest, butter, sugar, and egg yolks. The filling is then topped with a fluffy meringue made from whipped egg whites and sugar, giving the macaron a light and airy texture. The combination of tangy lemon and sweet meringue is a perfect balance of flavors.
