When our vendor, Duputy, a cloud-based human resource management (HRM) solution, asked us to feature us in their Customer Stories, we were happy to help.
We were growing up fast and needed an employee management and scheduling tool to keep up the pace. With increasing sales at our storefront retail location in Georgetown, two kiosks in Tysons and Montgomery Mall, and a busy off-site kitchen in Northern Virginia, juggling schedules for more than 25 employees was a challenge.
Deputy to the rescue! Now time previously spent managing attendance and other HR functions is off our plate – and, instead, our plates are full of French macarons in endless flavor combinations. (Just check out our latest addition, Cinnamon Churros!)
