This September, Chef Courseille has been selected as one of the top chefs to curate an exclusive dessert for the Chef Jean-Louis Palladin Dinner Extravaganza at The Watergate, an iconic and historic venue in the heart of Washington, D.C.

This prestigious event, featuring some of the nation's most celebrated chefs, promises to be a culinary extravaganza like no other. Chef Courseille's participation underscores his culinary prowess and innovative approach to dessert creation. With a dedication to using high-quality ingredients and a keen eye for presentation, Chef Courseille continues to raise the bar in the world of pastry arts.

Join us for this fundraising dinner extravaganza celebrating Chef Palladin, the French pioneer who brought farm-to-table from France to the U.S. in 1979 when he opened Jean-Louis in The Watergate. Chef Wiedmaier, proprietor of Marcel’s, will head up The D.C. Chefs Club – who will prepare the six-course Jean-Louis inspired menu. Master Sommelier, Larry Stone, winner of the best sommelier in the world in French wines and spirits, is selecting the wine-pairings. The evening begins with a champagne reception with the Chefs, followed by a dinner experience that includes Chef tales about Jean-Louis, and an epic after-party with live music.
