Olivia Macaron ships orders nationwide ONLY MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. This avoids possible weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays.

All orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed the following business day. The orders received after 1 pm on Wednesdays & over the weekend via two-day shipping will be processed the following Monday.

Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4–5 days.

For best flavor, bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

Macarons can be frozen for up to 1 month. To enjoy, thaw in the fridge overnight, then bring to room temp before serving.

Do not refreeze once thawed.

We ship our macarons nationwide with care and insulation to preserve freshness.

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Please refrigerate macarons upon arrival.
